Get/set the rigid block velocity vector.

Returns: v - rigid block velocity vector v - rigid block velocity vector ind - block index

## Component Access

f = block.vel.x(ind)
block.vel.x(ind) = f

Get/set the $$x$$-velocity of the rigid block.

Returns: f - $$x$$-velocity of the rigid block f - $$x$$-velocity of the rigid block ind - block index
